Zoe has spent the last 8 years in sales and marketing. She built and trained a sales team of over 1000 people, winning multiple awards and being invited to speak at the NEC and Ricoh arena. She also built her own full service Digital Marketing agency with 10 staff, working across multiple industry sectors, one of them being estate agency; teaching estate agents how to use Facebook ads to attract vendors.
Since becoming part of the MELT team in December 2019 she has implemented the marketing plan for the Lime Grove site, this is a 19 unit development in Gloucester. She also has recruited some key team members, recruitment and team leading being one of her passions in business. Zoe has project managed the design and build of the new MELT Property website and is responsible for our social media content and marketing the holiday let side of the business.
Evan Maindonald has over 25 years of experience in Property Development and Investment.
In the last 18 years, his company MELT Property has built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire and Kent with total end values of over £22m. The projects they are currently working on have end values of over £60m. Over time, their attention has shifted from residential development to mixed use projects and commercial development with a particular focus on the hotel and serviced accommodation market. They have raised over £8m in equity for their current property development projects, over £2m of which was crowdfunded.
Evan has a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne. He regularly presents at property events around the UK, appears on a number of different programmes on Property TV and is currently writing a book about how to get started in property development.
